Through unique encouragement and guidance we will spearhead several initiatives. Our mission is to bring together a diverse group of individuals who engage, empower and advocate for the elevation of women leaders in Chilliwack.

The Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce in partnership with many other businesses and organizations in Chilliwack has founded the Women’s Leadership Collective.

The Women’s Leadership Collective, founded by the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce in partnership with local businesses and organizations, aims to empower, educate, network, and mentor. It focuses on elevating women’s leadership and economic empowerment, fostering meaningful connections, sharing relevant ideas and experiences, providing educational opportunities for leaders at all stages of their career, and facilitating mentorship to inspire and learn from one another. This initiative creates a supportive environment for women to thrive in leadership roles.
