I have verified that my business or organization is not listed in the Business Directory.
 
Any site I submit for chilliwackchamber.com to link to must be my own site and meet the following requirements:

1. My site supports multiple browsers and capabilities (for example, you may not list java only sites).
2. My site specifically relates to and is located within the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce region.
3. My web site is in the English language, or has an English-language version available.
4. My site does not contain or link to any content, products, services or other information that may be deemed unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
5. If my site is commercial, the official business name must be visible to any visitor to that site.

I understand that if my listing is added, it will be treated as any other listing (according to type of listing submitted - i.e. free, basic or featured) and will receive no special consideration.
 
I understand that chilliwackchamber.com reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a site is listed in the Directory. While chilliwackchamber.com will consider your preferences, chilliwackchamber.com reserves the right to list your site in any category or subcategory as chilliwackchamber.com deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.
 
chilliwackchamber.com also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your site from the Directory, move your listings to different categories or subcategories, and change, edit or remove any keywords, comments, or annotations at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, a change in the nature, business, goods, services or content available on the site.
 
chilliwackchamber.com does not permit you to list any web site or include any listing that contains content, products, services or other information it deems inappropriate including, but not limited to: any content that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
 
If your business is already listed in the Directory but you want to edit its contents, you must go to the "Edit Your Listing" page, by clicking the "Edit Your Listing" link in the sidebar, and use your User ID and password, which would have been automatically emailed to you when you created your listing, to log in.
 
Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless chilliwackchamber.com, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Applicant's use of or listing in the Service, the acceptance or rejection of Applicants, the acceptance or rejection of the Applicant's suggested site, any alleged violation of this Agreement, or any alleged violation of any rights of others. chilliwackchamber.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by Applicant, which shall not excuse Applicant's indemnity obligations.
 
The directory service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantable quality, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violation of rights. Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
 
chilliwackchamber.com, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, shall not be liable under any circumstances or legal theories whatsoever, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use of data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character, even if chilliwackchamber.com is aware of the risk of such damages, that result in any way from applicant's use of or inability to use this service, chilliwackchamber.com's acceptance or rejection of a suggested site or listing, or chilliwackchamber.com's continued listing of a site in the directory.
 
chilliwackchamber.com's liability to applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to chilliwackchamber.com under this agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
 
Finally, by clicking on the check box next to "Yes, I Have Read And Accepted The Terms & Conditions.", when submitting your business listing in the Business Directory, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information (including your valid email address) as prompted by the registration form, and that you agree to be bound by the above conditions.
 
IMPORTANT: Free Listings are available to all licensed businesses within the home municipality of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce. Paid Listings (Basic or Featured) are available to all businesses within the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce region.
